Our very own Ark Yoga Instructor, Lesley Hunter of Nourished Heart Yoga will introduce you to the Prana Vinya yoga experience.

The Ark has so many wonderful, loving rescue kittens and cats available to adopt! Come meet our Ark Angels at one of our Adoption Events held 4 days a week at The Cattery inside the San Juan Capistrano PetSmart:
WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS 4pm-6pm
SATURDAYS 10am-5pm and SUNDAYS 11am-5pm
